It was comfortable and nice one issue it was no parking at a park on the street but still I was comfortable with that no problem

Hotel was clean and had great atmosphere. Staff was helpful and available for any questions.

Spacious clean room close to Jamaica station. I like the little ethnic food shops, even if they’re completely grubby.

EVERYTHING, THE BEDDING WAS CLEAN AND SOFT. THE BATHROOM AND THE REST OF THE STAYING QUARTERS WERE VERY VERY CLEAN FRESH LINEN AND TOWELS CHANGED DAILY !!! LOVE THIS HOTEL !!!! HOW ABOUT A DISCOUNT OR DISCOUNTS PN MY NEXT STAY(S) ???

The gentlemen that works at the Bistro at night and the young lady that works at the Bistro in the morning were exceptional people.

The property was exceptionally clean . The room was also clean and comfortable . I stayed in rooms 610 and 642 . 610 was of a better quality , 642 had some wear and tear . However both rooms were clean

The hotel location is in the heart of flushing , many restaurants nearby and downstair is shopping mall. It's take 10-15 min to laguardia airport and about 25 min to JFK. I went to downtown Manhattan everday , it's very easy to take subway line 7 to Times Square ,it takes about 35 -40 minutes , which is quite comfortable because flushing is the first stop to Manhattan , so a lot of seats , and from times square back to flushing also .Every staffs are very nice .The receptionist Jessica , is very nice and very polite. I took the free shuttle bus to Laguardia airport ,the driver ,Sammy is very nice also . I will stay here again next time. Just noted that the breakfast is not the line buffet , it's in the menu that you can choose just one , but anyway it's very good quality.

The property was super close to the airport and ideal for an over night layover.

It's still under renovation but beautiful, peaceful location only down sude I explained accessibility a must although it was visible in was chair bound however I has a small tight space no accessibility. It was virtually impossible to use the bathroom toilet or shower unfortunately. I hope they have a wheelchair accessibility handicapped room next time

We returned from Europe via JFK and stayed a night at the Residence Inn- NY JFK Airport. Our room was so comfortable and the staff super helpful and attentive. We will be back whenever returning thru JFK

Great location for a long layover stay! Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a package sent and they were very organized about getting it to me.
