The Best Western Plus is a great hotel in this town.
The Best Western Plus is a great hotel in this town. And Bonnie and Clyde’s Sports Bar had really good food, a good selection of drinks and excellent staff—and they are open 7 days a week! Definitely the place to stop between Eastern Kansas and points in New Mexico and Arizona.

Hugoton is not a big tourist attraction.
Hugoton is not a big tourist attraction. If is a clean little town. I recommend Janet's Bridal and Boutique if people are there when it is open. It was a surprisingly sophisticated boutique for such a small town. I grew up in this town, so it holds an attraction for me. The place was convenient on the way to Santa Fe, so we stayed there.
