United StatesI needed a room close to the Eugene Airport for our 5 am flight. Most hotels were 15 minutes away and more expensive. This motel had recently been renovated and the room was brand new. It was large, comfortable and had a fridge and coffee maker! Mike checked us in and was super friendly and helpful!

United StatesBreakfast was great. There was a waffle maker, juice, sausages, eggs, and cheese. Pet fee was very reasonable and staff was friendly. Beds were clean and comfortable as well. Hop Valley is a 2 minute walk, and downtown is only a short drive.

I also met Emilio & he took very good care of my wife & grandchildren. Very clean & safe friendly environment. Very poor location
The grounds were very unkept
There were no amenities at or around the hotel.
A train tack was right behind the hotel with permanent RV residents in the parking lot.
The rooms were very small.
The only positive was relatively freshly painted room.
The host was a second language learner and was difficult to understand. The communication was very limited.
The room was better than camping.
