United StatesWe booked an overnight stay here for a day trip to NYC. Check in was quick, the lady at the front desk was polite and helpful. Our room was a nice size. It included two queen beds, a sofa, sleep sofa and a stool. The beds were very comfortable. It was a treat to have the additional space for our group of 4 that the room provided. The toiletries were well stocked and they had s&c and body wash in the shower. The location was great. There was waterviews from the parking lot and a smoke area. The hotel had modern astetics and was clean. We did not have breakfast there. I did have coffee. The coffee station was stocked and there seemed to be an assortment of breakfast choices. The seating area in the breakfast nook had plenty of space and tables. On a Saturday morning in December. Check out was dropping the room card back to staff.
If you are visiting for a NYC trip. I highly suggest Rahway train station. It is 5 mins away. 20 per ticket to NYC 12 for youth. Free parking on weekends for the station. Parking lot was safe. Also visit the bagel bar across from the station it was wonderful

We enjoyed our stay there.
We enjoyed our stay there. We sometimes travel to New Jersey for a family function and have had trouble finding a facility wr were happy with . The Kenilworth satisfied all of our requirements. We will definitely make this our go to for family events.

Checking in and out was extremely fast and easy. The receptionist was wonderful, and was more than happy to adjust our booking to a later check out.
The room itself was as advertised. Large size room, with a super comfortable large bed.

The shuttle experience is a huge mess with waiting time more than an hour spent at the airport, no shuttle next morning even if they took more than 20 min to scheduled one, no help for anything, no bills at the end either by computer or paper even when I asked etc

The Acme grocery store next to the Kenilworth hotel is excellent. People seemed to be very friendly. I needed to pick up some items from the Walmart about 2 miles away, easy drive, and it was a great experience. Easy drive, and very helpful and friendly employee at the pickup area.

This was my second stay at The Kenilworth Hotel, and once again, it was absolutely fantastic. I came from London a week early to cover a wedding and spent two wonderful weeks here with my family. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the housekeepers were respectful and hardworking, and the 24-hour coffee machine was a lovely touch. We especially enjoyed the delicious cooked breakfasts and the comfortable rooms. Great location, great service — I’ll definitely be back again!

When I arrive at the place for the hotel shuttle, there was no shuttle. I called the hotel and they arranged a car using Lyft. Within 10 minutes there was a car from Lyft and problem soved. My room was nice, big and very clean. I couldn't open the window to get some fresh air in but further than that, it was good.
I missed a restaurant in this hotel.

The location is excellent if you want to catch flight from EWR. The hotel is located in a quiet location still very close to busy route. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

Looks like luxury hotel! There are a lot of lights in the room, but it would be nice to move some of these lights to the hallway:)
