QatarEverything was very interesting. To spend the night in a museum is almost a dream come true. We checked in and spent at least an hour reading about the history. I was a big Doc Savage fan, and seeing part of the story of Lester Dent, who created the books under the pen name of Kenneth Robeson) on the site made it even more exciting for me.

I came to attend Novinger Renewal Days in the next town to...
I came to attend Novinger Renewal Days in the next town to the west. The best part was the Museum of Osteopathy! Don't miss it!
The movie plex across from the courthouse was handy with current films.
Nice art gallery...gallery 104 across from the courthouse.

The community has grown and improved the accessibility to the city. Truman State University is located here as well as School of Osteopathic Medicine.
The city has a community swimming facility, several parks, city square with shops and farmer's market. The biggest asset is Thousand Hills State Park with cabins, water sports, swimming areas, and walking trails.
I'm a farm girl and can assure you that there is beautiful country scenery if you like to take those drives in the country. You could find an Amish store, Antique store, round red barn, and maybe a few local roadside produce stands.
I'm now a traveler to this gem. It used to be home.

The staff were very helpful, courteous, kind, happy, smiling...
The staff were very helpful, courteous, kind, happy, smiling all the time. Even though they were short staffed they took care of our every need. They tried their best to get the HOT TUB working but the parts to fix it never came in. This hot tub was one of the main reasons we chose this facility over others in town. We almost moved but the staff were so helpful & professional we opptied to stay.

The room smelled moldy and musty, very uncomfortable, Tv did not work, no answer from room to front desk, for over 1/2 hr. Had to call the hotel before i could get assistance.
