Breakfast was ok. Sandwich and a coffee or juice. Handicapped room was very nice. Really nice room and beds. Very happy.

Very clean, super staff, front desk, breakfast servers and also house keepers are doing their job great, always helpful and friendly. The Gym is cool too and laundry comes in handy.

Super Modern Entrance.. Really sweet host/front desk Mona and Sabrina were very knoledible and kind..The room EXCEPTIONALLY clean..that Bathroom w Heavy shower doors. all looked brand new..Pet Friendly ..my dog loved is stay there..lots of sidewalks to explore..streets very safe..Underground parking .. close to restaurants.. Can't beat it

Everything! Close to John Wayne airport and freeway entrance. I love the underground parking garage and the access to the elevator. The front staff is always so nice!

Do not be fooled by the low ratings from years ago. Obviously there is a new ownership. Well maintained, clean, freshly painted rooms. Has all amenities (including fridge, microwave, hair drier, iron, ironing table, clean new towels, renovated bathrooms, usb chargers at the wall, good tv channels etc.). Very friendly staff. Location is generally good, but is between 2 freeways, so if someone is very light sleeper it may be a problem. However, the windows are apparently insulated so the noise was minimal and did not bother us. Good value for everything you need. Strongly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff were warm, professional, and made check‑in quick and easy.My room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a cozy bed, good water pressure in the shower, and reliable Wi‑Fi, which made it easy to relax and get some work done.The location was very convenient and the on‑site breakfast was fresh and tasty. Overall, the hotel offered excellent value for the price. I would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it.

We love everything about staying at this particular Holiday inn Express !! We have stayed here multiple times and will continue to stay at this location every time we visit the area. Todd Forrester and his staff are absolutely superb in every way!! This hotel is conveniently located. It is always super clean. The breakfast that is included in the price has always been spot on and we cannot say enough nice things about the friendliness of all of the staff that we have encountered on our stays!! We highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express !!!
