United StatesProperty was absolutely adorable. They were cute studios that are an old theater. They are clean and modern. Property is very quiet and the keyless entry is so convenient. My only issue was the stairs it made it difficult to bring my large suitcase up as I was alone.

United StatesNice TV, nice lighting, clean, pretty colors, nice bedding and towels, breakfast had premade cheese omelets, sausage patties, toaster for bread, bagels or English muffins, peanut butter packs, jelly, waffle maker machine, yogurt, dry cereal, but had no juice, no fruit, and no sweet rolls or donuts. Three pillows for each bed was nice.

We have attended the Brown’s concerts many times.
We have attended the Brown’s concerts many times. After seeing the advertisements about the suites, we decided to make it an overnight getaway. It would have been helpful to know if these rooms were senior friendly, since nearly everyone who attends the concerts are seniors…. Lots of Stairs….low bathroom stool….. and high bed sides.
We managed the stairs, the bed and the stool, but but because of those issues, we would not recommend the overnight to our friends. There was also a very musty smell in the room…like an old apartment smell… it seemed to dissipate by morning. In spite of these issues, we loved the amenities….. along with very clean and crisp sheets, beautiful decor and a clean bathroom.
We do not mean to be negative…but feel like a little more description for seniors would be helpful…… since the concerts are definitely senior attended.

We really enjoyed the time we spent walking around the hot...
We really enjoyed the time we spent walking around the hot spots of Le Mars! The Chocolate Shoppe was amazing! We will definitely revisit. The ice cream capital of the world is a must see for any age! In all of our visits to the many shops in town everyone was exceptionally welcoming and encouraged us to come again and we plan to revisit.

I gave a review that i need to change from a 3 to a 5. The help was great we had fresh coffee with creamers anytime we wanted. We was close to Walmart, eating places and someone was always at the desk to answer questions We would give Baymont 5 stars.

The front desk clerk was very congeal.
The front desk clerk was very congeal. But the hall ways were very dark only every other light was on. Hard to get your key in the slot. I'm thinking they did that so you wouldn't see how dirty the place was.

When I booked the room, it said I would have a balcony and...
When I booked the room, it said I would have a balcony and it did not. If there was one, I didnt see it. It also said there was no air conditioning. I called the hotel and they said it did have air and it did upon arrival.

Plenty of free parking and located right in town. Hotel was well lit, updated in most areas and clean. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but they were there and working fine. Breakfast was hot, fresh and plentiful. They even had an overflow space with extra silverware and Napkins to keep you from having to go back into the line if you forgot something! Our room was cleaned each day and restocked. I would definitely stay again!

Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is nice and updated. The breakfast was great both days and even changed a little from day to day. The staff was all great that we interacted with.
