Great place to stay during my visit to Leavenworth. I used the laundry facilities in their sister hotel next door. Breakfast was okay. Very friendly staff!

The staff went out of their way to help me. They were accommodating, informative & friendly.

It was very clean and very comfortable

I honestly don't understand any of the complaints about this place. It was SO CUTE. So festive for the holidays, the room was fantastic (we had room 11 and specifically looked for private bathroom, but I would have been okay with shared bathroom if I knew that's what it was). So historic and just cozy. Loved the Keurig. Fantastic location. Great price. We will definitely be back!

Amazing staff and excellent facility. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. The cleanliness was top notch!

Staff was very courteous and even gave us an upgraded room because it was my husband's birthday weekend. Location is also great.

Breakfast was wonderful. A great selection of cheeses, meats, breads. Yogurts and coffee cake and boiled eggs. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the location. Room was large and comfortable.

We had been driving across the country from Nashville, TN, and heading to Lynden, WA...from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left we felt pampered! Loved the lobby, all the staff was outstanding--Steve checked us in--very warm and inviting personality--and offered all kinds of great information about the hotel and the "village"; our room had a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the village; the bar area was quite comfortable; and our room--it was very clean and inviting and the deco there and in all the hotel was so inviting and quaint--the bed was quite comfortable; we even were able to choose a dvd from a wide variety of choices to play in our room (which was quite spacious); there were several options for lighting, and very little light filtered into the room during our sleep time; and breakfast!! REAL dinnerware--plates, forks, knives, spoons, glasses, mugs! Very inviting dining room for breakfast complete with tablecloths and centerpieces; and Gina and Carmen served the area with beautiful smiles and made everyone feel so comfortable. I can't say enough good things about this stay!
