The host and his property manager made the visit a breeze, they were always available for information and help when we didn't know how to operate any of the amenities. We HIGHLY recommend this property & would love to spend time there again!

Good location, nice employees, rooms were very clean.
Good location, nice employees, rooms were very clean. It is an older hotel and really could use a cosmetic overhaul but it had comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels. It was a perfect place if you are looking for a clean place to shower and rest.

This hotel is not very clean.
This hotel is not very clean. The bathroom in room 206 was dirty and the bed and an armchair had bedbugs that bit my whole body. I recommend you to evaluate the service of this hotel. This situation caused me a lot of discomfort and I had to go to the doctor so that he could evaluate me and give me medication for the bedbugs.

There are homeless people living there.
There are homeless people living there. It was filthy and stunk of smoke. When we went to see the room, people came out of their rooms and watched us. We ran out of there as the police were showing up. Booking.com should NOT do business with this establishment. I will be pursuing things further.

Lobby looks nothing like photos posted online. Was dirty and dingy. Room was spacious but unappealing. Toilet bowl had a ring around it, room was stale. No elevator to second floor, and stairway carpeting was stained as well. Entire place was unkempt and pretty disgusting.

We ate outdoors at a small Thai restaurant near out hotel with good service. We also found a great diner (up on the hill) in town which had an expansive menu, some outdoor seating, great service and very good food. The town itself had many empty storefronts and long-closed businesses which made it look sad, but it was a convenient , inexpensive place for us to stay so we could attend a special event at Bethel Woods.

The pictures don’t do it justice! remote quiet location on a pond. plenty of room near the fire pit in front of the pond the relax. This a rustic chalet. I like only 1 TV. The A/C units are modern and can meet personal preferences in each room. huge wraparound porch two balconies from the two bedrooms on the upper level. This could easily sleep 10 to 15 people.

Monica our host was very gracious and greeted us with a lovely hand drawn welcome sign. We had all come together 6 adults for a family wedding near by and only stayed 1 night The apartment was on the 2nd floor. It was clean and beds were comfortable. Vibrant decor and very cozy. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I travel to this location frequently for work, The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure our stay is comfortable and pleasant. They even provided a courtesy call to let us know that the weather in the area had dropped and for us to come prepared for the colder weather.

This was the cleanest 1 Star hotel ever, much nicer and much cleaner than many 3 star hotels I’ve stayed. Yogi and his family are incredibly helpful and observant of your needs. You won’t be disappointed staying here, a real gem.
