Property was clean and staff was helpful + friendly. Hallways and rooms are small, but overall served the purpose of having a place to sleep comfortably after a long day of exploring the city. Nearest subway is a 10 minute walk from the property & we found it easy to navigate around.

This is a perfect business hotel, it's close to the subway to Manhattan, staff are really great, there's a food cart for uber eats, a microwave and cutlery for meals, a convenience store in the lobby and right next door, not to mention laundry services and a superb gym. There are great resturants in this vibey area, you can find anything you need close by, nail salons, hairdressers, T-mobile, yoga studios. As a business traveler I really appreciated this hotel, everything has been thought of, the staff are also quick to respond and really friendly. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! I love this hotel. Second time I stayed here. The view is amazing, especially from the 11th floor. Its a clean, modern and spacious hotel. The staff were amazing. Mazz (hope I am spelling it right) greeted me the first night. He was so great throughout my stay. Superb customer service. The same goes for David and Valentina. The staff was lovely and always so helpful. The hotel is in Queens but like 15 min from Manhattan and definitely worth it. Close to Subways and connections to both Manhattan and the airport.

It was wonderful in every way- large room, comfortable bed, amazing counter space in the beautiful bathroom!!

Everything was super clean. To me that’s non negotiable. I arrived early and they had my room ready, let me check in two hours early. They have complementary coffee for breakfast on the lobby. The staff also stored my luggage for free after checkout for some hours until I left for the airport. The staff was super nice. I’ll definitely come back. And the location is great.

It is very clean .we can find everything,there is coffee,tea, tissue , soap for the dish washer and iron . It was very near to supermarkets and metro stations.

Great Hotel, it was so easily accessible witht he public transport, it was clean, and the shower was awesome! Our highlight was Douglas from the Reception, he made our stay even better - he had tons of helpful suggestions! We had a lovely stay indeed. We felt like home on the first day. I can only recommend. When we come back to New York, we will stay here again. <3
