Stayed here for one night and it was very nice. The owner is very friendly and the location is convenient. Plenty of parking too! Reasonable pricing considering it was so close to when college students are moving in. There was also a large mini-fridge in my room (with a freezer!) and a microwave.

The property was extremely clean and the accommodations comfortable. Really nice large TVs with streaming apps were a bonus. Breakfast options were excellent, though they ran out of oatmeal and had a little trouble keeping up with replenishing things that were running out because of a very large number of people staying there at that time.

The rental was close to the road where cars were flying by...

The rental was close to the road where cars were flying by constantly near the metal guardrails. Also there was nothing to do there, there was a small creek behind us and a small yard. We ate in Cortland for one supper and one breakfast, Marathon was easy to get around. We were visiting relatives most of the time.
