ThailandActually perfect! We just stop over on the way from Asia to do a little shopping and frankly there was no fault to the hotel at all. It was absolute perfect. The room, the location the staff and the restaurant were all exactly what we needed. Having stayed at several of the other local Hotels in the past I was pleasantly surprised at the value and service this Hotel offered. I will stay again!

I booked 4 nights but left after the 2nd night.
I booked 4 nights but left after the 2nd night. There were what appeared to be blood stains on the mattress! Disgusting! It looked like someone was murdered in that bed! I complained to the hotel staff. They came in the room to see the stains and said it was coffee, not blood. I asked to be moved to another room, he refused, even though there only appeared to be a couple other guests in the hotel. I asked if all rooms were booked, he just said "you can't change rooms". I rephrased the question; "is there another room vacant in this hotel for the next 2 days". He raised his voice and repeated "you can't change rooms!" I asked for a refund for the 2 nights that I would not be staying, he said "no refunds" and walked away. We immediately checked out. Rude staff. Dirty place. No breakfast, just a coffee machine surrounded by a million gnats or fruit flies. Just gross. No toilet paper in the bathroom.
