It was clean and the front desk girls were really kind.

Perfect location, excellent facilities and the staff were INCREDIBLE

I liked the fact that the hotel was in close proximity to downtown Manchester. It had a parking lot if you rented a car.

I really appreciated they accommodated my two dogs in the middle of a move. Most places have restrictions but I felt they were welcomed by the staff when we came in which made me much less anxious having to stay in a hotel with them.

Staff was great, and eager to help. I received texts asking what they could do to make my stay better- I have never had that anywhere else before. I went to the front desk to see where the meeting I was attending was, and was led by an eager polite gentleman to walk me down as he made conversation. Everyone was great.

Dori was the initial person I met. I was worried because I was attending my graduation so I was a little nervous being in a new city. She was very helpful. She was able to tell me the best time to leave as well as making sure to expedite my room being available because she didn’t want me just sitting waiting since I was alone very personable high levels of Customer Service. She is truly an asset.
