United StatesThe owners are very kind, and they will go out of their way if you need anything. The rooms are VERY clean, modern, and have plenty of free parking. The area is in an industrial area and is very, very safe! Close to a Wal-Mart and restaurants just a mile away in Pico Rivera. We will definitely visit this establishment again!

CanadaI enjoyed the free buffet breakfast, there were many options and it was a great way to start the morning. The staff including the people at the front desk and cleaning staff were all nice and smiling. Everyone truly wanted to help out which was nice to have. Also the cleaning staff are very attentive to cleaning especially in the lobby area. Right after eating breakfast they would clean right away. The room was also pretty big as well!

The items in the restaurant are most minimum in continental breakfast option by USD 10.58. The water pressure in the toilet is too low. This mustn’t be considered. The most of the reception staffs can’t answer any questions regarding communication to from the hotels and some other information I needed. They showed sidestepping attitudes in many cases.

The staff were helpful and friendly. I requested for a feather free room since I’m allergic to feathers but my room was not ready when I checked in and had to wait. The associate who was helping me offered me complimentary snacks while I waited for my room to be ready. When I was talking a shower, I realized that the body wash bottle was empty and was not refilled, also the box of tissues was almost empty and I didn’t see body lotion anywhere in the room. Just little thing’s missing from the room which is why I rated my stay much lower than I would have. Other than that, the facility was updated, clean and had most of the amenities I needed. I would definitely stay there again.

Far from transport and shopping centre and to city centre...
Far from transport and shopping centre and to city centre and Hollywood. No shuttle. Hard if you are not driving, rely on taxis/uber. Staff not always helpful. No kettle for tea in the room, not all guests are coffee drinkers. Was overpriced. Only breakfast restuarant closes early at 09.30.

The hotel has a large lobby where the very friendly staff welcomes every guest. It also has a dining/breakfast area and an outside terrace as well as other amenities like a gym and pool. We loved the size of the room, the bed was very comfortable.

We had a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was really nice. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel was clean and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.
