My husband and I were ther to visit family.

My husband and I were ther to visit family. We had our family stay a while at the room. The staff was very nice. The pool was heated but not as warm as I had expected. It was still a very nice pool not to big not real small I noticed they also had an exercise room as well. We ordered pizza fast and friendly.

My remote only worked if I stood up, I thought it was in...

My remote only worked if I stood up, I thought it was in need of batteries front desk came checked it out and showed me it would only work with the remote held high or standing since my arms were not long enough I had to stand, would not have stayed another night for that reason nor will I stay again. It was clean, towels were stiff and thin. I had a service in Mt Vernon so it worked for one night. Not the worst.

Nice are near Springfield, MO & our event location (Freistatt). Breakfast was good, room clean, very comfortable & staff was friendly. Several dining options nearby along with fuel, convenience stores & WalMart.

I got stuck on a Saturday night, car troubles at the gas...

I got stuck on a Saturday night, car troubles at the gas station manager from that town helped check my car. Unfortunately he didn't work Saturday. A spark plugs no one was open or to busy. After 930p no food delivery. Really no drive thru at my exit. I couldn't find anyone to change a sparkplug. They were busy. The hotel quail inn was a good value & comfy beds. I only saw one exit. I love driving the area though It's beautiful.. Springfield AutoZone saved my engine TY
