We had a horrible experience. We were double charged.

We had a horrible experience. We were double charged. We got a phone call from the front office at 1:20 AM as we were sleeping. They didn’t even have me down as showing up for my reservation even though they took my drivers license to check the name on the reservation. This was all a little unsettling. Then when I spoke to the manager, and told her all that happened, she wasn’t accommodating. I will not stay there again. 🙁

This Super 8 gave us 2 granola bars for breakfast.

This Super 8 gave us 2 granola bars for breakfast. The coffee smelt burnt Compared to our previous experiences, this was very shocking. The room was musty and stale. On our next trip through Nephi we will fine other accommodations. Perhaps this property needs be evaluated and updated

Property is definitely dated but they are working on it. Towels and pillows need replacement. Pool is done and will need a remodeling, should be removed from amenities. Breakfast typical but juice warm. Room was fresh and clean upon arrival, heat worked fine as it was a COLD fall evening. Ice machine still broken...they could have some available upon request. Walls very thin and on ground level you can hear every movement above but overall a good price compared to the overpriced chain hotels in the area! Staff was pleasant!

We absolutely loved it,.. this place was much more than we excepted... We would stay here whenever we're in nephi... Lacey was amazing and very kind & helpful...it has all the comforts of home & more.... We loved it and can not say enough about what an amazing stay here @ the Pink loft apartment in nephi Utah,.. This hotel hit the mark for its price point. Neat and tidy spacious rooms. Maybe a little expensive for its location but worth the little extra. The breakfast was worth it too.

We stay here a ton for youth baseball and basketball tourneys. It’s a really nice hotel! The staff & breakfast are great! We always have a good stay here.
