Breakfast-great I didn't know the Inn was under remodel, so the "smell" in the lobby was unexpected & unwelcomed, of course.

Roof over the pool leaked, I know tge owner isn't investing in his property anymore since the bankruptcy, so it's alright. I'm sure it's been tough for him. All and all decent place, nice staff.

The facilities is updated and the location is within the city. The price is right. Car park is near your door. We were booked in the ground floor room a highly appreciated for a seniors like us. It is highly recommended and we will stay in this hotel everytime we visit Newport..

I loved the view and being able to see the sea lions. The tub was a lot of fun, and the decor of the room added a really nice touch. It was clean, and I actually really liked not having key cards.

This property was absolutely beautiful. The views were stunning, and our room was exceptional. I was very impressed with the staff and cleanliness of the bed and breakfast. My partner has food allergies, and they were extremely accommodating for him with our breakfast in the morning. I would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend you do too if you want a great stay that has a trail straight to the beach from your location!
