Beds are very comfortable has a good curtain if you want it dark or if you want light works great for either. Our rooms were clean had an iron and place to hang your clothes also had drawers , A/C at first wouldn't kick in but we got it to work, we had enough towels for each we had a choice if we wanted house keeping but We decided not having any as we did not need it . We had a church event and the hotel was like 5 min away from our event I do recommend this hotel. We will stay here again that's for sure 😃

Been to atlanta many times but first visit to Norcross.

Been to atlanta many times but first visit to Norcross. Visited for my son graduation. Its a nice, clean place with lots convenient places to shop and eat. We also enjoyed the north point mall and even caught a movie there. Overall it's a nice place to visit.

Well they was dried blood on toilet no blankets only sheets and for some odd reason me and my husband. Have not stopped scratching ourselves since we entered the room at motel 6 like from the time we laid in the bed we went to itching and it smelled bad it's not a good motel and they was also blood stains in the sheets and all kinds of hair left in the tub from the last visitors I gave complained and I'm asking for a full refund or discount for motel 6 in a different location

We booked the room for seven days, Nov, Friday 28 through December 05. On the second night round 1:00 am we woke up and couldn’t sleep because the guest next to our room smoking marijuana. Due to health concerns, we have to check out around 2:30am and cancel the remaining days. This was one of the worst hotel experiences my family has ever had. The rooms and hallways were filthy, stains on the walls, dirty carpet that smelled like mildew, and constant cigarette and weed odors. We had a room with two queens. The room smelled like mildew and smoke. We had to air one out just to stay in it. Apparently hotel did not reinforce smoking policy. The towels were small and old. There are coffee but there is no Coffee machine. I asked for a new one. No one brought it to our room. Next day I went to the front desk and asked again, finally they gave a brand new one; However, it didn’t work either and they said it was the last one they had . The air conditioner in the room was broken, I went to the front desk to ask for maintenance again no one came. Housekeeping never showed up once during our week, no trash emptied, no cleaning, nothing. . This hotel was dirty, poorly managed, lack of amenities that they claimed on the website. Fitness room has only three dumbbells out of one set, iced machine broken. Completely misrepresented online. It will be the last time we ever stay at a Sonesta Select.

I like the hotel because of the location it was close to a Walmart it was close to the restaurant Pappadeaux's which I like very much everything was convenient gas station was right next door to fill up it was a short trip but it still was satisfactory but still need some improvements especially with the breakfast menu in the morning at the hotel.I was in Room 217 and you can see from the photos there needs to be some repair made over the shower in the bathroom and also alongside that doorway on long side of the tub.I would like someone from the hotel Corporate Office who sees this review to give me a call to discuss and further detail

Pros: clean, big TV, I asked for non smoking and it was odorless. Check in was easy and staff very friendly. Location was good and safe. We checked in after 9 and out by 9:00 am. Cons: tiny bathroom with a mat in tub that was slippery. Beds were double. My son said his was fine. My husband and I could not sleep all night and felt they were uncomfortable. We all agreed that the pillows were terrible.

Not clean, friendly Caring staff was not a priority at all. Who has in there contract when you pickup your key card that rooms are cleaned every 3 to 4 days. That STATEMENT should be at the TOP of the ADVERTISEMENT. Had I known this, I would not have booked there.

The Brick Lodge is, compared to other accomodations in that price range, a good place to stay. There are no shady people, even as a single woman I felt safe there. As it is not too close to the road, it is nice to spend time outside, the pool and the picknick and grilling places offer enough space for everyone, so you don't feel imprisioned in your room. And it's relatively quiet, not much noise from cars heard, also no parties by the pool. Laundry facilities are acceptable.

Breakfast was good, though it would have been more satisfactory if there were more options on the menu that tailored to a breakfast experience. Though it was nice, there could have been more room for variations to appeal to the appetite of others. The hotel staff kept the room clean, replacing my towels and making my bed every day, and they always greeted me whenever there was a new front desk attendant.
