The location was perfect, I was able to listen to the ocean from bed. ;-) Also, we had traveled from Florida and ended up having major car troubles. Our one night turned into a 3 night stay. The host was very understanding, and quick to offer assistance with us staying longer than expected. They made the process so easy and painless. They were also very communitive our entire stay. Any questions we had, they were very quick to answer for us. Cute, relaxing getaway for any couple!!

This was the first time I booked a location that had no previous ratings but I had to. Turned out a very clean, comfortable room, very good service, and Alan was continuously in touch, which also gave us some peace of mind. Exceeded expectations.

North Topsail is definitely less crowded than the rest of...

North Topsail is definitely less crowded than the rest of the island. I grew up as a child coming here and now the island is full of beach houses. Still not a whole lot to do. The Surf City Marina and Surf City Line are nice places to eat. It is easy to get around. Great sharks tooth beach.

Great for families with a laid back vibe, clean, with easy access from almost all parking areas. Downside is that you have to pay for parking and recommend the day pass if your plan to spend the entire day there as it will cost you a hourly rate otherwise.

We loved the elevator for unloading and loading for our trip...

We loved the elevator for unloading and loading for our trip and also for 2 family members and a dog that didn't do steps very well. Loved the oceanfront and love how convienant the property was to shopping and eating out. Vacassa was wonderful to deal with!!

Quiet beach and very nice during low tides; however, for several hours before and after high tide there is not a beach - pay close attention to the tide tables and plan your beach time accordingly. One small convenience store and a bar within walking distance. Restaurants and shops are a 5–10-minute drive away.
