Everything! It was great to stay at the former Roberts House restaurant where I used to eat when I lived in Wise. Also nice to be near the courthouse where I worked for 16 years and visited for the eight years prior when I was a reporter. Kim was an exceptional hostess and even carried my suitcase up and down the stairs. She had so many lovely snacks and drinks available. The bathroom was so nice with lots of products in case I had forgotten anything. The room was super comfortable. Loved my stay!

Norton is a small town, but beautiful with all the mountains...

Norton is a small town, but beautiful with all the mountains. Their fireworks were so beautiful and close. Would recommend to go see Norton Virginia. If you like mountains and hiking!! Very nice people.

No breakfast included despite booking saying there was one.

No breakfast included despite booking saying there was one. The bathtub was dirty, there was a poop stain on the wall next to the empty roll of toilet paper, the remote for the television didn't work with the television aside from turning it on and off. The toilet rocked and would hit the wall behind it when getting up from the stool. A drunk patron was hitting on the nighttime manager at check-in and the room smelled of mildew and stale cigarettes.

Convenient location. The property was clean and smelled fresh. Unfortunately, there are a few hotels in Wise County where the cigarette smoke clinging to the walls and floors will debilitate you for weeks after your stay! I was so glad to have the Hampton available to us.

The Rooms were great. The beds were great. The staff was excellent. The hotel was very clean. The fact that it was a non-smoking hotel is great. I was really glad that I was able to bring my little dog.
