Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Bathroom had a large shower, and great water pressure! We requested a "high/quiet" room, which they did accommodate, which was really nice after a long day of being on the road. The property as a whole was very clean, and the staff upon arrival was very attentive and kind.

Norwalk has the city it’s a beautiful city. It seems very friendly. Seems like just a nice little town. People have always treated me good there. I’ve never really had a bad experience until I went to that comfort and that was so bad. I think the city condemn that place.

I was there to attend a graduation party, and also spend a day at Cedar Point. There were probably other things to do in the area, but I didn't plan for those. I had two delicious and reasonably-priced meals in local pubs, Freight House, and Bluto's. The downtown area looks like it has some interesting shops, but I didn't have time to check them out.

It has nothing but the drag strip in it. The Norwalk inn was so dirty and I didn’t stay but they would not refund me. I walked in and walked back out due to smell and room damage and booking .com will not refund me either.

We visit norwalk multiple times a year for Summit...

We visit norwalk multiple times a year for Summit Motorsports Dragstrip. We've been to Walmart and a few fast food but haven't ventured the city to provide a proper review. There was a BBQ place by Walmart that we hit every visit and was sad to see this year they were closed what looked like for good.

The pictures that you see of this motel have to be from a different hotel because once you get there, the pictures you see on Internet are not what you see in person it’s more or less Hotel for people that can’t get an apartment it was dirty inside and out asked for fresh towels. We got watered up towels. I don’t know if they were clean or dirty. We went and bought clean towels from the store. I would not recommend this place for anyone.

Room was not serviced daily with clean towels or bedding. Trash was not removed daily. Manager stated only clean towels every three days. No indicated onsite that is Hotel policy. Hotel front door frequently locked requiring you to call a telephone nunber with not prompt response if any at all. Will not stay at this facility again.

It was just a few blocks from downtown Norwalk, and an easy drive to Cedar Point. The host left many helpful suggestions for my stay in the area, and there were clear instructions on how to operate ceiling fans, etc. I would definitely stay here again. There was plenty of coffee, cold filtered water (and bottled water) in the fridge, a selection of shampoos and other bath items, and comfortable recliner for watching TV. Loved all the cute patriotic touches for America's 250th birthday, too!

My friends liked that it was cheap, and in a nice quant little town. We also appreciated the 24/7 check-in service as we arrived considerably later than expected. The room was nice and spacious for 4 people.
