good location friendly staff clean

Accommodating staff. Very friendly. We arrived very late at night and the elevator was not working and no ground floor room available for the night but they moved us the next day as soon as there was a vacated room for our parry and yhey took care of our parking fee for the rest of our stay. Kids enjoyed the use of the heated pool too.

Customer service was great and very helpful solving my concerns

Great service from all staff. Very clean hotel and updated. The only bad thing was that the pool/spa was not working, nor was the bar open due to short staffing. After a 10 hour drive I was looking forward to both!! Nice area and would stay there again!

Everything. Large rooms. Quiet. Comfortable. Best hotel restaurant ever! We stay here whenever we are near Boston.

I liked the view and the comfort

The breakfast was just okay Would have liked some plain yogurt, not just the sweet stuff. Good selection of fruit. The coffee was decent.

The experience was great since the moment we walked in the lobby. Beautiful space with even better people. such great hospitality by the teo ladies that helped us check in but I dont know their names! One even helped me get tea. the rooms were pretty snd def worth the price

The breakfast as this place was phenomenal! Everyday was something new and it was great whether you had time to sit and eat or you just had to grab and go! Ella took time to season and hand make their waffle mix so it was different everyday, we had cinnamon batter one day and pumpkin spice the next for the first day of fall, it was wonderful! All of the staff were cheery, helpful, went above and beyond to greet you. Room was freshly cleaned with dishes done and fresh sheets everyday by the time we returned from work. The stay was amazing. Front desk staff were always smiling, cared about us, our day and got to really make sure we were comfortable.

For the price that I payed to stay there, it was definitely worth it. Most places that include breakfast, isn’t always good so I wasn’t expecting a lot but once we finally tried it, it was really good and definitely worth it. I would definitely stay there again.
