We did not have any breakfast, went to breakfast with my family that we came to see. Enjoyed the room, very cozy, Coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, excellent, very clean. Best location to meet with our family there. Had a great stay! very convenient to all amenties!

Super impressed! The last time I stayed here was in fall of 2023 and it was under different ownership (called Long Branch) at the time. I was surprised to see that they completely remodeled the units. They are hip, chic, clean, fresh, and new. The mattress was comfy as were the pillows. The shower was clean and the water pressure was perfect. There's a smart TV and excellent wifi. Heat worked great. Parking is ample. Check in was a breeze. I didn't get there until late but the office called me around 3pm to see what time I would be coming and to let me know that they'd leave my key in a lockbox for me if it was after hours. In the morning, I just had to drop the key into a slot. I also love that there's a restaurant right next door. It's now a Mexican place and was absolutely delicious. You can walk over and eat or order pick up. Overall, I was very impressed and enjoyed my stay. I'll definitely be back!

I loved staying in the loft as my whole family could fit in.

I loved staying in the loft as my whole family could fit in. We stayed one night and we loved it. But there should be no spiderwebs hanging out all over the places. And also there should be better Wi-Fi and television service the television and plans are very backdated. Nobody watches, cassette and CD nowadays.

A cute little town with some surprises.

A cute little town with some surprises. Downtown has a few stages for plays, 3 nice museums tucked together. The B&O museum, the Oakland Car museum with antique boats and snowmobiles, and the Garrett County museum. All within old man walking distance of each other. Nearby is possibly one of the last lunch counter diners in the US. It is located in an antique store, I forget the name but anyone in town will point the way. The area around Oakland has several waterfall hikes and small and large lakes. I didn't go to see it, but there is a whitewater loop built on top of one mountain.

A different experience with small shops, the library with a program was nice. If you enjoy museum's and the history of Oakland. Free Parking was convenient to walk around. It was easy to get around the area. We ate at Denny's for breakfast and a nice little diner at oak motel.

I loved this small town.

I loved this small town. There are several stare parks around and alot of hiking. It was easy to get around. There was a walmart down the street. There was a cute little downtown area with shops and restaurants.

There were a variety of shops to browse and purchase, the museum was interesting and informative, there were a variety of restaurants to choose from, and the views of the lake and the nature hikes were splendid. We were impressed with the staff at the motel, shops, and restaurants as they were all very friendly and welcoming. Very nice community.

The area is fantastic. So many places to eat and go hiking.

The area is fantastic. So many places to eat and go hiking. People are very nice and friendly. Come during the Autumn Glory festival in October to see the leaves, the parades and of course the food and hospitality. Never disappoints here.
