We had a wonderfully relaxing stay. The things we appreciated most were great communication from the hosts, comfortable bed and couch, lovely patio, complete privacy, well-stocked kitchenette, abundant toiletries, ideal cleanliness, the split AC system easy to regulate, great location, easy access, lots of helpful information about the area made available. I love the location on Seneca Lake. The property is well kept, the views at sunrise and sunset are beautiful. Ashley is so kind and makes you feel special. This was our third or fourth trip here to Single Island Shores! We love the cabins, the quietness and just being here and unplugging for a few days. We even got permission to bring our 9 month old puppy. We felt rested and well just good when we left. Thank you Ashley Thank you to the work crew too.

Heron Cottage on Cayuga Lake is located in Aurora, just 24 miles from Cornell University and 27 miles from Ithaca College.

Wonderful property, great indoor and outdoor space. We really enjoyed the grill and fire pit and TV and game rooms. They left a welcome gift and lots of details about the local area in the welcome binder.
