There was nothing I would have changed, everything was first rate. Exceptionally friendly staff and as before, very impressed with the hotel in general (we’ve stayed before, so we knew how good it was)

Exceptional staff, excellent pricing considering I booked the hotel 10 minutes before I got there. Had a small inconvenience that the staff solved promptly and with great professionalism. I’m in hotels constantly and I Will be using BW+ in the future, as I had no idea how good of an experience I’d have being there. On Nov10, my check out day, I was surprised to learn my clean, quiet, low cost room, came with a full course breakfast! I’ve stayed at $375 a night hotels with “$17.99 per person” breakfast catering. Thank you to the African American gentleman at the front desk on the morning of the 10th, I wish I caught his name. For my minor inconvenience, he took off close to $50 dollars for the sake of making sure I had an excellent experience. That 50 dollars, combined with the excellent experience, will give Best Western Plus my business for any future trips I go on. Thank you for the courtesy and professionalism BW+.

Breakfast was outstanding. Best we have had in a long time at a hotel. The Front Desk Staff were very helpful. We would also recommend this hotel for pet owners. Our cat was very happy during our stay.

Fabulous place!! We revisit . Staff friendly, clean rooms and we had all that we needed for the week.

Everything rooms very clean, breakfast was good and easy check in/out
