I DIDN'T LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT MY STAY! Poor Customer Service. The Manager was not very pleasant and helpful. The front desk ignored my call from the room phone until I called from my cellphone. We had to change rooms because the first room was dirty, the tub in horrible condition, the room phone was broken and the cord pulled from the wall, the TV didn't come on due to the batteries dying and it took an hour for the maintenance to come change the batteries. The night stands are in poor condition with broken knobs and drawers. Their are roaches in the room. They didn't have another non-smoking room so, we were moved to a smoking room and the sheets, covers, and pillows wreaked of smoke! The deadbolt lock to the front door was broken. The downstairs door was broken so, no need for a key fob because it was always open and unlock. The noise was crazy loud. The other guest hung out all over the hallways, outside the back entrance and in the guest parking lot. There was solicitation going on. Just a horrible experience and I'd like a full refund!!!!!! I WISH THERE WAS A ZERO ON THIS RATING BECAUSE ALL WOULD BE ZEROS!!!!

This town is pretty nice.

This town is pretty nice. Though I have only been here for a couple days. There doesn't seem to be a ton of entertainment or culture here. But, then again, I have not been able to fully explore the area yet. There are a couple of nice places here that I want to check out. Like the Blackbird Airpark. And there is a place called Charlie Brown's Farms just in the next town over that had some kick ass BBQ. I just wish I had been hungry enough to eat! The views from around here are phenomenal. The mountains are gorgeous! And the desert has a beauty, all its own. I might be moving here. Which is the reason for my visit. So, I look forward to finding out more about the place. I'd say its worth a day trip up from L.A., just for the beauty f the place.

Breakfast was disappointing. Limited pastry and egg option. Yogurt bar was tiny. No fresh fruit. All on disposable plates. No staff to clean tables or empty out the trash. Best part was the cereal options, unfortunately we don’t eat cereal

It was so very convenient to our doctor appointments and surgical center and shopping and dining. Huge variety for both. The traffic during the construction and repair of the streets and highway was aggravating, but had to be done.

The staff was very friendly and nice. The hotel was spotless very clean quiet and peaceful, grate location close to fwy and the mall. The price is reasonable, no need to go to I hop or Denny’s because the breakfast is just as good.

The location is perfect for anyone who wants to travel. Every location, route 66, etc, is within an hour to 2 hours drive. Perfect location for those who want to do site seeing. The lad that works at reception, Nick, is his name is a big plus to the hotel. A really nice friendly bloke and takes great interest in what you have to say.
