This Hotel pricing was much cheaper than others in Park City KS. It was as clean as any hotel room. The staff offered to help me be more pleased with my stay if they could. You are not at home. This is a hotel. You can pay 200.00 a night, or 70.00 a night. You are still in a hotel room. So as long as the bedding is clean, bathroom facilities are clean, what more can a 70.00 a night hotel offer ? It isn't a spa salon.

It was in a decent location for what we needed. fairly quiet area of city, if you could call it that. lots of parking while we were there. right next door to a mcdonalds. and close to highway. staff was freindly enough. breakfast was out at 6am. had sausage, which my husband enjoyed and hot chocolate for me, though you had to get hot water from room adjacent to the breakfast room that staff uses to prep it so felt awkward going in to get it.

The hotel is new and very clean. It is quiet and fairly comfortable. The staff was very accommodating in every way and it’s right off the highway so easy to find. They actually have room service! The wifi worked well and everything is brand new. Nice plugs for phones next to the bed and soft, comfortable bedding and towels.

I stayed two nights. The first night was on the second floor. The room was so hot; no air conditioner till we got there. Took forever to cool down. The second night we stayed was much better. We stayed on the first floor, so it was much cooler. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good.
