United StatesThis place is the perfect for snowmobiling. Phillips is a great location with beautiful trails and this motel is right off the trail and affordable. The owner was very nice. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is in the middle of a major overhaul to make it even better so you have to be patient and overlook some of the outdated inside and outside. It is work in progress and will be very nice. The owners are outstanding and will do anything to make sure your stay is the best they can make it. Has a TV, fridge and microwave in the room which is nice. Flooring is vinyl plank so lots better than old carpet.

We attended a class reunion and there are limited hotels in the area, but we have used this one on numerous occasions and the service is always friendly and the price is reasonable; hotel recently modernized also.
