CanadaKim at the front desk is so genuine and friendly, I really love her. I stayed here in March 2023 and I've seen a lot of improvement since then. The pool was renovated and I had a great swim, there's now a delicious complimentary breakfast available, the lounge by the front desk has been updated, and the furnishings in the rooms have been renovated. Air conditioning worked well, beds were clean and comfortable. I'm really impressed with the improvements here and I'll continue to stay whenever I come to Pinckneyville.

I reserved a room with a hot tub and one bed and ended up with a small bathtub, two small beds, no phone or Wi-Fi password. So I over paid for what I ended up with😡😡. They should hve contacted me for that change.

We go to Pinckneyville to visit a family member who is incarcerated. The prison is across the street and within blocks of this hotel so it is extremely convenient. We have a six hour drive to get here so the location is great. The price was excellent.
