The central location and the spacious room was really great. The large front porch overlooking commercial Street is a wonderful spot to sip on a cup of coffee in the morning. also, the main level common in the area is a great gathering place.

So much to see and enjoy here; don't miss whale watching on the Dolphin (recommended) or other boats, with their modern tracking equipment you ALWAYS see whales. It's not like the old days! Sit at the bar at Fanizzi's for a great meal and some fun banter with bartender Billy who is from Kansas (like Dorothy from the Wizard of OZ). Mac's is mandatory for seafood (book ahead) and can accommodate larger parties with kids. Swim and get onto the water (kayak, paddle board or sail) in the Bay, the water is lovely. Be sure to visit the dunes on the other side and there are MANY great walks in and around town, including out to the lighthouse for the more adventurous. The Coast scooters via their app are plentiful and easy to ride though the initial unlock charge of $4.50 makes them not much cheaper - though definitely more fun - than a Lyft or Uber. You will see some pretty racy posters, t-shirts, advertisements & individuals even during the daylight hours in the centre of town so discretion is advised for conservative and younger visitors, with night time bringing out just about everything PTown has to offer as far as 'attractions.'

New England architecture was very charming, Many fine restaurants to choose from. Very walkable main street and within walking distance of the sand dunes. Bicycle and scooter rentals. Good library. Movie theatre. Local eclectic bookstore to browse. Very interesting and congenial mix of locals and tourists. Very safe.

My happy place. There is no better spot on Earth.

My happy place. There is no better spot on Earth. Go to every beach. Go shopping. See Dina Martina and Varla Jean and Sutton Lee Seymour and so many others. See Audra McDonald or Sutton Foster or any number of other Broadway stars. Take your dog for a long, happy walk. Eat at Canteen, Red Inn, Liz's, Joon, Pepe's, Squealing Pig, Kung Fu Dumplings, Johnny Thai, Rosie's, Chach, Freeman's, a million more. Pizza from Spiritus and George's and Twisted (the best, IMHO). Drink coffee at Joe. Drink booze at any of the above, and the Crown, and Ptown Inn. And for god's sake, buy the best high-end, bespoke booze at the glorious Perry's Liquor. Their selection will blow you mind. Go to Church on Sunday night. Tea at the Boat Slip. Massage with Jen at Renegade Bodyworks. Get a bike and ride in the dunes. Stay at the criminally underrated Masthead, among a million other super options. You can't go wrong in this paradise. You really can't.

I was little disasppointed in Provinceton.

I was little disasppointed in Provinceton. The West End had some shlocky stores with not very impressive goods to buy and the store dislays were not artfully arranged. The East End with all the galleries had nicer homes and stores and was more what I expected . We enjoyed the Lobsterpot.

Provincetown is one of my favorite places in which to spend time. It is a unique and colorful place with a great vibe and plenty to see and do. It is one of the most welcoming communities which is why I always feel so at home there. We have friends who live in PTown so a visit is always so rich seeing friends, dining at our fav locations, and checking out wha is new in all of the galleries.

This was an 'off season' visit so the vibe was very low key but still with enough local events and activities to be very enjoyable. Provincetown has a great restaurant scene with a many nice choices. It still has enough of a quirky atmosphere to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Really sweet place and nicely located, super friendly staff, comfy bed! For breakfast you can order warm options (ham and cheese or spinach feta croissant) the night before and they have yoghurts, fruits, cereals, coffee, tea and orange juice in the morning. Good coffee and also oat / almond milk available. Nice walk to town and nice view of the sunset in the evening in front of the hotel!

You can tell it's a bit old hotel, and would need some renovations. However, it is very well maintained and very clean. Room was comfortable. We liked the private beach. Stuff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel offers a lot of entertainment, as pools, hot tub, tennis courts, bbq area and private beach, you can also rent bikes and binoculars which is cool. They offer coffee in the morning.

The property was central in Provincetown. It was clean, tidy and ready for us when we arrived. Liked the code lock on both front door and our bedroom door. Okay for a short stay. Cake and pastries across the road at the Portuguese bakery were delicious.
