The staff was super friendly Well then my room was on the second floor. They offered to help me carry my bags. The room was large clean, well appointed and the heater was good. Which in the middle of 100 year storm was really quite important. I was travelling for work with a friend. We had a fabulous time and would definitely stay here again. The view was amazing. There was a park for small children. The breakfast was good and we felt the staff really cared about our needs.

Perfect hotel on the river for a peaceful and serene mini getaway. It was very clean and spacious. I had a balcony room facing the river and it was perfect!

The staff were beyond welcoming. Front desk staff Melissa, went above and beyond to accommodate me after a few failed attempts to access the room I booked. She upgraded me at no additional cost; she had a colleague accompany me to make sure I had no issues with the door again. There was another employee who worked second shift who was also accommodating to me as I had issues with room above me making so much noise I thought they were going to come through the ceiling. She offered to change my room and checked in with me which was nice. I would definitely stay here again because of the staff.
