Thyme Square Restaurant is always a "must visit" for breakfast. The concept of eating local is valuable to me. The staff, the food and even single seating is excellent. And although completely the opposite in type, Maid Rite is a good, fun place to eat. The maid rites are a nod to the past as is the type of service. And the vegetable soup and strawberry pie (in season) are good choices!

Pick her up and I’ve learned to hate everything about it,...

Pick her up and I’ve learned to hate everything about it, the people the prices, the Republicans, the unconscious incompetence of many workers who let you down time after time I don’t even return, phone calls, some business of the old money heritage, lifeline residence, members of the Lucky sperm club, nearly enough to help those who haven’t hit the jackpot they’re looking for a good value. You won’t find it in Quincy; better off going to Hannibal, where people are nicer and the rates are lower. A good thing about this place is the restaurant with good food and good prices. The rest you can have and tell them to shove it up their backside or else get a better attitude and stop being so arrogant

Best kept secret! The people are friendly & helpful.

Best kept secret! The people are friendly & helpful. I highly recommend having breakfast/lunch at Krazy Cakes. The food, staff & management are amazing people. We will always go back! For a moderate lunch/dinner, I recommend Texas Roadhouse. I'm from TX and the food & service are compatible. For a high end dinner, I recommend Boodalu Steakhouse, where they also have friendly and amazing staff. By far, Ms. Annie was the best wait person I've had in quite sometime. She was friendly, engaging, patient & accommodating, when our mashed potatoes were too salty. This was our 4th visit in a year and we will always go back! Ask for Annie!! If you're looking for a seafood restaurant, you won't find one, high or moderate rating. Lastly, it is extremely easy to get around in Quincy. There is little traffic & the speed limit is no more than 40.

It is a good ton to visit. Lots of sites to see. And if you go the 3rd Sunday and the previous Friday and Saturday, you will see a lot of pre-49 Street Rods. The show is put on by the Early Tin Dusters Car Club. Great Show

Quincy has a lot of historical interest and is very welcoming to tourists! Make sure you visit its museums. Two great places to eat are Tirmasu for dinner and the Calftown Cafe for other times! We highly recommend both of them.

Nothing at all we paid at the desk and was shown to our rooms which had wee stained bedding on and sticky stuff on the floor and black hairs in the beds when we spoke to reception and told them they said we could have a refund but would take 2-5 days then haven’t received it and now been 3 weeks and now won’t respond to anything so please stay away from this hotel as re terrible

The staff didn’t stay up hold with the breakfast we and other customers had to go and tell them what they were out of. That’s something I didn’t like because the hotel staff should always know and replace.
