From being greeted by the owner, to being shown to our room and given a tour, to making sure we had everything we needed, to a personalized breakfast. United StatesThe room was immaculate. We had room 10 so it was a beautiful ocean view. We had a little trouble getting the heater on as it was a chilly night and Grace kindly came up to our room and even emailed the manager to assist us. She even offered to bring us blankets or find a space heater if there was one available eventually turned on, and I called to let her know, but thank her for her amazing customer service! I also texted with Erika before my visit and she was extremely accommodating as well. I thought the clubroom was lovely and appreciated the fruit and the coffee available. Also, it’s walking distance to the theater and restaurants would definitely stay again!

CanadaBeautiful location to explore Rockport and Salem. Just a 40mins train ride to Salem to avoid high costs and traffic. Rockport stole our hearts. The views. The friendly locals. The DONUTS!
We loved getting texts from staff asking what we needed. But mostly, the help we got when the staff noticed our flat tire. They were incredibly helpful offering to fill it up with air for us. Will definitely be coming back.

visiting Gloucester for work, but added an extra night in Rockport on my own. If visiting Gloucester again, I would stay in Rockport the whole time. It's only 10 or 15 minutes away by car. Bearskin Neck is very touristy in the best way. Very charming and welcoming. Very quaint shops and cottages. Friendly people in the shops and restaurants and very friendly locals, too. Swimming was restricted at Front Beach because of high bacteria in the water, but it was too cool in June for swimming, anyway. A local woman recommended a short hike to the Headlands where I found a rocky outcrop with an amazing view and did some reading for an hour. The village is very walkable. Definitely would visit again.

We were in Rockport for a family reunion I choose the Rockport Inn and Suites for many others in the family and they all enjoyed their stay. They offered us the breakast area to hold our meeting and do registration. Most of our activities were in nearby towns Essex & Beverly where we visited many historic sites rather exhausting by days end. I wish I had spent more time just wondering around Rockport itself I had no idea it was so quaint and cozy feeling. I happen to slip out for a sandwich around 7pm on a week day and because it was rain earlier the village was empty largely deserted so I putted around Bearskin neck without any traffic to speak of getting some nice photographs in the afternoon light and seeing places I'd like to stop in the next time I am there.

Felt like an unwanted tourist due to ONLY MA RESIDENT PARKING SIGNS at all beaches. If you can't walk to the beach from your rental you must park illegally and risk being towed. Beautiful area otherwise.

Expensive, food is way over priced for what you get. Its a tourist place so parking is very limited. The hotels aren't that great basic hotels. Ok place to visit for a day. But, keep in mind the traffic, the packed marinas and the over priced not so great food. (ie paid 35 bucks for some cruddy fries and a small hot dog lobster roll thing) Ok place to visit for a day, maybe in the summer the beaches are nice? We went in the spring it was windy and colder.

Smaller, more intimate than Gloucester, but still accessible to Boston by commuter rail. Large selection of local artisan wares. Managed to snag a reservation at My Place By the Sea. Would revisit but not before also trying places more frequented by locals.

A charming town with much to see and do in and around the town. Excellent food options. We especially loved the lobster rolls and fries at Bearskin Neck Bistro and the donuts at the Brothers Cafe. Shalin Liu Performance Center and the Paper House were two places not to miss. And you can't leave Rockport without seeing Motif #1.

The location is great, very close to the centre of Rockport. Lovely hosts (with their two lovely dogs), cosy room, splendid home-made continental breakfast—feels like home away from home. Well, home plus home-made continental breakfast and in the pretty town of Rockport.

My wife and I were in Rockport for a birding experience. Our room overlooked the ocean and our birding began from the comfort of our lovely room. Our room and the whole facility was very nice and the breakfast and the service were excellent.

Rooms were huge,clean, and quiet (surprisingly). My room was at the end, right next to Main Street. The beds were big and comfortable. The pillows could have been better, but it's ok every hotel,motel,inn is like that.
