Qatarmost important thing in my point of view is the receptionist, and not to exaggerate she was extremely nice and helpful. when i checked in she explained everything in details although it was late at night, just want to say thank you to her as she was very sweet and nice to us.

I appreciated its cost, convenience, and refundability.
I appreciated its cost, convenience, and refundability. Dining options are Kansas/dreary, but the motel has no responsibility for that. I was driving from Maine to Seattle via Memphis. That is why I stayed here.

Only stayed One night which was good because they did not...
Only stayed One night which was good because they did not have an elevator. Made this reservation. By phone at the last minute-they could have said they didn’t have an elevator and that we would have been on the second floor. We came in at midnight, exhausted only to learn we had to carry our stuff up to the second floor. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly.
Sorry, we would not be willing to stay here again . Who has a 2-story hotel without an elevator?

I was absolutely taken back on how clean the room was. Looked and felt brand new and for the price i am still amazed. I definitely will be staying at Quality Inn in Russell again!!

We loved staying at the lodge at Russell. Staff is super friendly. The breakfast was delicious- homemade cinnamon rolls!! Nice to be personal and not a chain. Room was clean. Will stay here again.
