The cleanliness, staff is amazing and location

Loved the location, the fact that there was no parking fee, and that breakfast was included. Those were 3 big things that made our stay more enjoyable. The room was also clean and very nice.

The peace and quiet and not all the riff Raff being outside like other places around Phoenix. And for the price definitely worth it. Cleanliness was amazing! Their morning buffet of food, outstanding!

My showers handle stripped out. Within minutes of reporting the incident maintenance was in my room and the issue was remedied within minutes. The GM and maintenance went above and beyond expectations.

The front desk staff was courteous, my reservation was in order, and the check in process was quick and efficient. I especially liked the ability at this property to be able to cancel at a very late time frame without being charged. The property was in a good area, very close to two major freeways for easy access to where I needed to travel during my stay. Food and gas stations were conveniently close by. The property looked nice, the room was clean, and I had no serious issues. A malfunctioning lamp was immediately replaced when I notified the front desk. Would stay here again without hesitation.
