We had a pleasant trip.

We had a pleasant trip. The beach sand was hard and dirty at the shore the ocean smelled like dirty water. We didn't swim in it. The restaurants on shore were dirty and food okay. The museums were wonderful and we learned a lot.

St. Simons is our favorite place to visit.

St. Simons is our favorite place to visit. Everything is located mostly at the pier and in walking distance. Love going to pier and watching the big ships and dolphins. You have great places to eat such as Barbara Jean's, Iguanas, and Brogans.

Great restaurants and shops, all just perfect. The history just pours out of the barrier islands from Jekyll Island and James Oglethorpe in 1733 to the Revolutionary War. The location is perfect and picturesque.

This is my 6th trip to SSI!

This is my 6th trip to SSI! I absolutely LOVE St Simon's and would love to move here one day and be a permanent resident! We are always able to find new things to do and see each year. Would highly recommend you stay at the Inn at Sea Island, Anchor Excursions for a boat tour, and Moo Cow for ice cream, I mean who doesn't like ice cream! The locals are so friendly, the seafood is fresh, and the island is simply breathtaking! These few things will keep me coming to the island as often as I can!

Lighthouse trolley tour provided a great introduction to the island for us. That overview guided our decisions for additional site visits. The island Welcome Center was also excellent in helping us plan a walking tour. Lots of fun eateries and great restaurants on the island. Interesting historical sites to see, and natural beauty everywhere!

Great hard sand beach suitable for bicycling, walking, and activities (had never experienced this before). Lots of history on the island and great vacation homes for rent for families and groups. Variety of restaurants.

This is the first time we decided to stay in a rental unit rather than a hotel. It was by far a great decision. The rental property was EXACTLY like we saw in the web page pictures. We would definitely rent from Sea Selah again.
