United StatesLovely spot with harbor views from the conveniently located restaurant downstairs, which served us well for dinner both nights. The bed was terrific! The place was spotless. And they use environmentally friendly soap and shampoo. We really appreciated the contactless checkin and checkout. We were well apprised of the process and room codes before arrival, and perfectly timed texts kept us informed and reassured that we were well looked after. We enjoyed the quiet, rustic space to relax after a long walk on the beach, and availed ourselves of the excellent selection in the adjacent bookstore for our beach reads. We will definitely stay here again!

Seaview is located right outside the national park gate where you can hike to two of the most stunning lighthouse and tore old military bunkers or walk the stunning path thew massive evergreens, your a five min drive to seaside boardwalk which is packed with family and adult activity's.
long beach is full of wildlife bald Eagles put on a show. depending on the time of year you can drive right onto the beach. your 20 minuets from Astoria and 30 from seaside and cannon beach the area is stunning with so many activity's you could stay a whole month and never see all their is to do here.

Seaview and Long Beach are low-key casual and working class.
Seaview and Long Beach are low-key casual and working class. The people in the community are all very nice and seem to know each other. It's got nice places to shop and eat, but it's neither expensive nor excessively gentrified. It's not Carmel, it's more like Monterey in the old days decades ago when it was less expensive and more accessible. We went in December, so it's probably livelier in summer.

I lived in Long Beach for 4 yrs., loved it that’s why I returned. The choice of hotel was enough to ruin my much needed rest and tranquility. It was the worst value for the money I have ever spent on a room, no exaggeration. I had to drive 4 hours home after getting zero sleep due to the noise, lousy bed, no air conditioning and a window you can’t close. Even having a coffee maker would have been a nice gesture, but nothing. I just wanted out of there, it smelled like stinky feet too, YUK!

The longest beach in the world should be visited given the opportunity, can drive on the beach here too. Small communities w nice folks. Found plenty of good food and fun shops. Washington sales taxes and the peninsula isolation does drive gas and goods costs up some. If you enjoy clamming this is it!!

We had a wonderful stay and it far exceed our expectations. The layout of the room was thoughtful with enough space to put away our things. It was very cozy, in the good way. Location was perfect and the recommendations for places to go to eat were exactly what we needed. Stopped here on our drive along the 101 and it was our favorite hotel/airbnb, etc. by far.

Our stay at Seaview Cottages was excellent. We were upgraded to a larger room as we stayed on Valentines day. The owner was super friendly and available during our stay and would definitely come again.

It was adorable! It was our last night in a hotel after being in the road for 10 days, and was hands down the cutest place. It was so clean, and cozy. Super close to the hotel ocean and quiet.
