This was the most beautiful place to stay. It was adorable, peaceful and perfectly located to the beach. The beach was beyond private. I need this time to rest my mind. I highly recommend it. The golden retrievers Lucy and Tara were the best. The cottage had every amenity possible and decorated perfectly. Im going back next year.

If you like the feeling of old time Florida, you will like...

If you like the feeling of old time Florida, you will like this place. The cottages where we stayed were back from the 1960's and they were aythe edge of town. Sebastian, of course, is a growing town but still a beautiful community. It is on the Indian River looking on towards the Atlantic Ocean. Lots of history and named after St. Sebastian. It's not far to drive up or down Historic Hwy 1 to any other little town. A great place to visit, but don't stay too long or you may want to stay forever!

I came to Sebastian for the art show (business).

I came to Sebastian for the art show (business). I wish that the hotel could offer an art block at a cheaper rate, as many of my friends from the show stayed there as well. Sebastian is a great little town known for its fishing opportunities. Loved the boutique stores and the Riverview Park.

Beaches are nice,with limited resources, restrooms, showers. The sparsely populated beach areas make it enjoyable,and the different restaurants and things to do offer a varied planning opportunity.Kayak fishing and diving opportunities, give rise to outdoor adventures and the historical treasure museums are enjoyable and offer sightseeing opportunities found in very few places.

Many things to do within walking distance of the hotel.

Many things to do within walking distance of the hotel. We just parked the first day and walked comfortably the rest of the stay. A large variety of restaurants and bars. Live entertainment locally available after Noon.

Very few restaurants.

Very few restaurants. Many not dog friendly and one that was, put us in a dog room that wasn't fit for a dog. Another place we popped into that was on the internet listing great food, was a hole in the wall that only had frankfurters and beer. The best service was at Burger King where thankfully we were able to get a meal and were treated with respect and thankfulness.

Lots of great restaurants right on the water with delicious food and a great view. I wish I stayed longer and will be back. We ate at Mulligans, Captain Hiram’s, and had a Long Island style egg sandwich at Moe’s Deli. Everything you need is within minutes like Publix, Walmart, restaurants, shopping, etc, I just am not a fan of the one way roads but I got used to them. It’s a great place to go without breaking the bank and it’s not overly crowded, there’s lots to do.

The location is excellent as it is a one minute walk to the marina and a just a couple of minutes to several good restaurants. I stayed for over two weeks and found the kitchen really handy. The owners are super helpful and lovely people. I will definitely choose Davis House Inn for future visits to Sebastian!

The location was fantastic and the hotel itself was actually very comfortable to stay in and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff was beyond what I expect from a hotel. Very friendly and very kind. I'm not a fan of Best Western but, this place changed my mind.

This places is massive and has everything you need. The contact from the host was exceptional, making sure we had everything we need. We had never been to Sebastian before however we will definitely be back.
