Nice breakfast included, big rooms

Location was great, staff was nice, and that we had a full size refrigerator and a partial kitchen. That was a great plus, when you are traveling with more than just yourself and for long periods of time it’s nice to be able to make a real dinner. Fast food get old and expensive. But the biggest plus is that our dogs are welcome to stay with us.

The hotel is always quiet in the rooms are fantastic being there are separated from the living area.

Loved having Starbucks in the facility. I have stayed at the facility 2 times. On the first stay, I fell in love with the facility and the convenience of being close to everything that we wanted to see and do. The staff has been very friendly and helpful each time that I have stayed there. The lobby has a cozy feel to it. There is a working fireplace, and TV's, making it a nice place to hang out. The room that I have reserved for both of my stays has been the larger double Queen room. It is roomy for our group of 4. The beds were so comfortable and quiet. I had a great night sleep. The bathroom area is one of the nicest that I have seen in a hotel setting. The shower and toilet area is separate from the sink with mirror above it. The room and bathroom were both very clean. Nice colors in room and lobby.

Clean, friendly and good price.

The staff were just amazing from the overnight workers all the way up to the hotel manager. This truly is a home away from home they make you feel like family,from Manager Nicole (Mom) who runs a very tight household. I have been so blessed meeting these kind people,I spend a lot of time in hotels and the ones in Plano Texas just don't have hospitality down yet,but extended stay America goes above and beyond for their family. Jose was the most memorable during our stay there. He was super-friendly and very attentive to our needs. There was once when our microwave stopped working, and he immediately replaced it with a brand new one. As the senior maintenance man there, we really appreciated his kindness and hope others will follow his lead.

Nice and cozy. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool after their hockey tournament.

Staff was awesome, clean quiet hotel. Very modern

I loved the hiking trails next door and the swimming pool

This is one place I would love to visit over and over again because of the neatness and the great staffs.

I appreciate it all. I may seem a little too pleased with my stay here but, I have been very ill and I finally found peace and quiet. Respect and curiosity here. I am a little better now and I hope to stay a little while longer.

The area was close to all the shopping centers that I needed the staff here was very friendly and helpful

Staff is very friendly. Our flight got delayed so much and the front reception was super nice during our check in. We were so worried that online said we can only check in until 12am so my sister rushed to the hotel to make sure our reservation won’t get cancelled. Thankfully it didn’t.
