Comfortable bed and pillows, good breakfast, great location. Owner was very friendly and had had good tips as to where to eat. Nice facilities, bikes, beach chairs, coffee and drinks available all day. Spectacular porch!

Right off boardwalk. Sea air everywhere. Lovely morning breakfast. And delicious. Bed was one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. Would return today! But we do plan to return...the cheese shop & Seagrass restaurant we're tops and on the same street. Staff were all wonderful.

The staff, I can't remember her name but she was so welcoming and kind to our family. We stayed at the top floor and it was great, although lots of steps but all good. Easy to walk to the beach, removed from loud Asbury Park Beach but easy to get to. Free parking outside on the street, great made to order breakfast. Would return.
