United StatesThe guy that checked me in was so friendly. He even gave suggestions for a local restaurant (Nicolo's) which is super close by (it's really good!). The rooms aren't anything fancy but the beds are super comfortable. No elevator and make sure you park in the front since side parking is for long-term guests.

United StatesDoor code was provided via electronic communications. The property was spotless, very nice. 3 bedrooms with 1.5 bathrooms. Very nice kitchen and living room area with a wood burning fireplace. There was also room outside on the deck and a firepit area on the side of the home. However, the weather was a bit cold to venture out there, but it looks like a nice place for a warmer weather trip. Nice place, very enjoyable! Thank you

This property is centrally located, so, close to downtown, the bypass and the main Hwy 219 coming into town. Restaurants were within walking distance. Rails to trails program is right outside of the renovated train station so easy access for hiking and biking and for a long distance. The hosts provide easy entry and a very comfortable setting, inside and out. Linens and towels are very nice. Valarie and Matt are excellent hosts. We highly recommend this site to everyone looking for a unique and very comfortable stay. We wished we could have stayed longer - you will too.

Recently renovated hotel. The hotel is very, very clean and smells great. The beds are comfortable, wifi is fast. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, etc. Breakfast is excellent: eggs, sweets, you can make waffles, tea, coffee.
Great location. Also close to gas station, grocery and fast food.
Overall: one of the best experience I’ve recently had. It’s really hard to find clean and fresh hotel.
100% recommend it.

This is the best roadside chain hotel I've ever stayed in. It has been recently refurbished, the bed was extremely comfortable, the room was well equipped with everything we needed. Good location just off the highway.

It was clean but basic. I didn’t really interact too much with staff but they were helpful when I did. Not many other options to stay in springville so luckily they didn’t disappoint
