I love coming here because it is so peaceful. There is not a lot of noise. Hate it was so quiet I thought I was the only one there, then I would see someone.

The vibe was calm and relaxing. It’s a good getaway to destress with sauna and just nature. They got cats which are fun to play around. Grill section and the entire kitchen was neat and was easy to prep a good dinner. Loved the experience.

I wish I could stay here forever. I wish I could rate this higher than a 10. This is the best place I have ever stayed at. It is very secluded and pretty. The amenities are amazing, the views are very pretty, the bed is very spacious, the area is beautiful with wonderful views, especially the stars and lake, and the area is very spacious. Also, the check in process is super simple, and the venue for money is unbeatable.

The house es beautiful and comfortable with all necessary implements. Also it has lovely surroundings, the river, the forest, small trail. We saw some birds including a beautiful kingfisher.

You get exactly what is advertised, and more.

You get exactly what is advertised, and more. The furniture and appliances are in very good shape with a modern feel in the midst of the beautiful surrounding forest. The screened in porch was a big plus and the view is commanding. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen has all the fixings to make meals. Open main floor concept so everyone is in the mix. Lower level game room with outside seating and a hot tub. So close to the Swift Gap entrance to Skyline Drive made for easy access to explore the Shenandoah National Park. Close proximity to fill up on gas and snacks. Bearr Appetit nearby was excellent for a meal. And Walmart in Ruckersville delivered an order! Absolute vacation perfection. The host is pleasant and quick to respond.

Beautifully renovated rustic cottage in quiet rural setting. Well maintained. Great night sky watching! Responsive host. Unfortunately, we didn't get the message that we were expected to bring our own bed linens and bath towels.

We stayed in Dicey’s Cottage which was awesome!

We stayed in Dicey’s Cottage which was awesome! They even had champagne waiting on us in the kitchen which we enjoyed on the terrace. Every breakfast was plentiful and delicious! We enjoyed two dinners there also which were outstanding.
