Compared to major brand hotels in New York, this hotel exceeds expectations by a wide margin. Choosing HYATT Place Mystic for our anniversary was absolutely the right decision. The amenities are excellent: Breakfast: Great drink options, and my daughter loved the bacon and the fun waffle maker. Design & Space: Modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. Parking: Convenient and ample. Location: Close to the village, which made our day even more enjoyable. Everything was smooth from start to finish, making this one of our Top 5 hotels in the U.S. We will definitely return and continue to recommend HYATT Place Mystic to colleagues and friends.

Close to activities, very clean, friendly and accommodating staff, as well as good value

The staff were very accommodating. The room was very nice, loved being on the first floor. Access to the parking lot was easy. The breakfast had a variety of foods and was very good.

Very clean, attractive, comfortable accommodations, nice breakfast buffet, convenient location close to Mystic Village, courteous staff. Very reasonable rate for New Years Eve. Only drawback is that you have to drive 2-3 miles to the center of Mystic, and parking in town can be a problem when Mystic is crowded in the summer; you may have to park several blocks away from Main Street . However we had no problem parking during this stay .

It's lovely. Nice little touches everywhere, pool area clean and a short walk from the beach. Breakfast has pancakes, bagels muffins but all good quality. Staff were friendly and helpful.
