I love this hotel. Right on the beach and close to lots of good walking spots. I love the rooms with a fireplace. Makes it so cozy!

The bed was super comfy - I slept so well. And it was quiet. If people could have been encouraged to take their shoes off and not walk around a lot and heels at the upstairs rooms, that could have been appreciated, but it was otherwise really quiet.

Breakfast was not available. The location is fantastic and in a very safe neighborhood. Check-in was easy. Beds really comfortable and they easily accommodated our family of 6 in 2 adjacent rooms. I left my cable and charger behind and when I called they said they put it in lost and found with my name on it. So very organized. I would like to comment on the cleanliness of the bathrooms. These are likely mid century era fittings but everything was spotless and obviously thoroughly cleaned over the years because nothing looked tired and worn out. It was very clean and well looked after. Overall, a really lovely place to stay longer.

The personal very professional

We had a great stay at Santa Barbara Inn. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and in a good location. Everyone was friendly and professional. We enjoyed the heated pool and relaxing by the lobby fire pit in the evenings. The on-site restaurant, Convivio, was excellent, with delicious food and a great variety of options. A special thank you to Courtney at Convivio. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and easy to talk to. Her genuine kindness and outstanding customer service made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The rates were a bit on the higher side, especially over a holiday weekend, but that was expected. In the end, the exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and overall experience made it feel worth the cost. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Santa Barbara Inn to anyone visiting the area.

Proximity to train station, ambiance walkablity to pier and restaurants

Super friendly and helpful staff and a really great hotel. We got a free upgrade upon arrival and had a room with amazing views towards the mountains. Location was perfect.

I want to say the staff was incredible!! Cameron at the front desk went out of his way to accommodate me. The room was awesome the staff was incredible. I read many reviews that were negative. I could find absolutely nothing wrong I would highly recommend this in.

The rooms were very clean and comfy and walking distance to the beach

I enjoyed the location and how everything was within walking distance. The staff was amazing, and the bartender made the best drinks I had that day. The room was perfect and the type of room i look for when i am looking to book a room. Best part was check out being at noon.

The hotel is adorable, and all the staff are incredibly friendly. They were always there to offer guidance and help whenever I needed it. If I ever have the chance to visit Santa Barbara again, I will definitely stay at Hotel Milo again!
