Despite how busy the lobby was the girl doing the check in was awesome. So patient and pleasant to deal with. Went out of her way to book people at nearby places as this hotel was sold out. Morning staff member equally as pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was the best we have ever been offered during our overnight stays while traveling. Choices of hot meal prepared for you…outstanding service.

The staff was so kind and accommodating. Check in was easy, they were easy to contact after/before hours and were quick to resolve my minor issue with the tv. It was even easy to extend my stay for another night. Thank you!

I was in Sutherland for a quick overnight stay.

I was in Sutherland for a quick overnight stay. There are heaps of fast food restaurants right by the freeway, but more family restaurants a little further into the town. There’s a nice bookstore and a few other shops, and beautiful scenery!

My only opinion of the town (we arrived in the evening and left in the morning) was a good Mexican restaurant at the gas station and a dude that seemed like a white supremacist we randomly met at the hotel.

The shower was filled with mold in the sealed areas.

The shower was filled with mold in the sealed areas. It didn't look like the shower had been cleaned in months. The toilet had dried pee on the seat. Had not been cleaned. Hair on the back of the seat. No tissue The bed was hard. The comforter had holes and a burn mark? It was dirty. The blanket had hair all over it. The sheets felt like there was sand in them. I kept getting whiffs of pee smell from the mattress every time I turned over in bed. Super disgusting. Did a human or dog pee on the bed is all I could think of. When I asked for extra pillows the staff was reluctant and just left me standing in the 75 degree waiting area. The waiting area was very shabby. The leather chairs had holes all over them. Speaking of staff... Not a very happy bunch. No smiles. No pleasantries exchanged while waiting 10 minutes for pillows from the 3rd floor. Then to wait to have pillow cases found and placed on them. It looked like there should have been a breakfast but there was not.

Nice little town.

Nice little town. Really like the gift store with the large mushroom and other sculptures outside, near the motel. Liked the patk - venue for performances. Looked like iSutherlin was livable. And its close to Roseburg and a hospital. Beautiful setting, friendly people.

It was the best motel 6 I've stayed at in 5 years.

It was the best motel 6 I've stayed at in 5 years. Cleanliness a 9, there was kids hand prints on window, and a little dusty on top of closet. No big deal, but it did cost them a 10 rating. Great location too.

Everything was good, except the pool and hot tub were not operational. Cold water. Broken heater. Given that the pool and hot tub were the main reason that I booked, at a higher rate, than neighboring hotels, at lower rates, I felt overcharged.

Clean, well-maintained hotel. Staff was friendly. The hot breakfast was delicious. Our room was cozy and had lots of mirrors, outlets, a Keurig coffeemaker. Everything was spotless. The bed was a little soft but we slept very well.
