Joe I think his name was checked us in both nights very pleasant no issues. My reservation was made through booking.com and he had the necessary information readily available. I check out day unfortunately we overslept so we will probably an hour late getting out of the room and we had no problem with housekeeping with the front desk. They were very obliging and said there was no problem.

Everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean, modern, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, which made our stay very relaxing. Breakfast was also very good with a nice variety of options.

The rooms were clean it was nice and quiet they even had two bottles of water in the room with coffee available in the morning.

It needs a remodel badly. Lobby very small and room didn’t have enough bath towels. But it was very clean for the value.

Beautiful, historical hotel with lots of charm and comforts. The location is ideal, room and beds were great and staff was helpful. We loved the complimentary coffee and cider in the lobby and the morning breakfast.

It was clean and very easy access to the highway, which led us to Salem. Breakfast was a nice variety, and I love that it was included in our stay..

Everything was great from the small details in our bathroom, to the attentiveness of our concierge. The bed was super comfortable!

The location is excellent - a 10 minute walk to the commuter rail station - and plenty of place to eat and visit along the way. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The room was clean and spacious and I loved the LG TV - easy to use with the remote and with my phone. The shower, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and lotion - all very good. Great water pressure too. Easy to control thermostat on the wall. Keurig coffee and tea bags available in the room at no cost. Love it. Hot coffee and tea always available in the lobby.

A historical building with clean, newly renovated modern rooms, free parking. Only a few minute drive from Salem.

This is such a comfortable place to be. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are decent size and the sleeping arrangements are all comfortable and clean. They have parking on site which is also great!
