It was clean and close to the hospital

Clean room and quite my stay was very good. The manager was very understanding and helpful. We have birds and the limit on pets is 2. The manager gave a chance but the birds was just to noisy and they got three complaints so it just didn't work out. I am not from indonisa don't know where that came from i am from here in Tacoma, WA.

The pillows were very comfortable. And the clean rooms. Running a business is being customer centric, and making sure the experience one gets is invaluable from inception. This is exactly what your Frontline staff Ashley did. She went out of her way to help with the little seamingly small things like showing you where breakfast is, the directions of stores around, and generally being nice. Most importantly, she didn't make you feel like u were bothering her with questions. She was happy to take them all.I think she is exceptional and the highlight to the stay

The front desk receptionist were exceptional in assisting us. Their smiles are hugely welcoming you want to marry one of them!!!

The variety of breakfast offerings were good and all dishes were delicious. There is no direct room service, but you can order from the restaurant and do take away.
