The breakfast was great. Eggs, waffles, sausage, toast, juice, & coffee. The cottage was very cute. I loved the little patio where we could sit outside. It had a kitchen supplied with dishes & silverware. The bed was so comfortable, that I fell asleep with no problem.

The location was excellent—just an 8-minute drive to Northstar California Resort. The place was charming, clean, and very cozy. All of the appliances were in great condition, and access to the property was easy and convenient. The bedding and towels were fresh and clean. I would definitely love to come back and stay here again!

We came up for the weekend to stay at Kings beach. We loved the cool, clear water and sandy beach area. What we didn't enjoy was the amount of people that were there this weekend. I would like to come back when there is a fraction of the people.

Great hiking.

Great hiking. Wonderful beaches. make sure to take a boat trip and learn about the lake. Tahoe seems to have a bit of something for everyone. Casinos, biking paths were fabulous. Hiking and nature trails are outstanding. We also notice a wide variety of price levels.

Very scenic area with lots of water based and hiking activities. Lots of great places to eat with friendly staff. Guests visiting in the summer months should be aware of a daily resort tax which is not reflected in the booking.com price. We incurred $50 extra per night which we were not aware of at the time of booking.

Tahoe Vista has been discovered. Traffic is challenging.

Tahoe Vista has been discovered. Traffic is challenging. Crowded. Come with plenty of patience. It's a tourist destination on beautiful Leke Tahoe. Not a relaxing place. But great if you like to hike and get away from the over crowded lakeside.

Nice little town in North Lake Tahoe.

Nice little town in North Lake Tahoe. Not as populated and not too many hotel casinos as South Lake Tahoe. I've been in South Lake Tahoe many times but if you're looking for a small town atmosphere, consider visiting the north side.

Location was nice.

Location was nice. However, the room was one of the worst I have every stayed in. It was not like any of the pictures on their website. The room was infested with ants, stove didn't work and the shower head was falling off the wall.

The room was quite nice, with a small dining area and an electric fireplace. This wasn't obvious but one could boil water for tea in the coffee machine (tea bags were not provided). The swimming pool was nice with the towels provided. While not present on site, the staff was extremely responsive and helpful in the booking.com chat - all my questions were answered within minutes. There was a laundromat in the hotel along with a change machine.

The hotel’s location is very good, just walking distance to the lakeshore and only 1.5 miles from Kings Beach. The rooms are large and comfortable and very well equipped. The swimming pool is small but not busy and perfect for traveling with kids as there is a shallow area only 3ft deep.

Amazing location, the hotel room was extremely spacious and the pool and jacuzzi were so nice to stay in. The communication between the host was really good and they answered all of our questions really efficiently.
