I did not have one positive experience.
I did not have one positive experience. Not enough carts to bring luggage in or when leaving to the so-called breakfast daily were awful. Staff was not helpful or compassionate for our needs. Customers were filling up there coolers literally leaving the machine empty and not willing to give us some for our ice bucket. Rooms were falling apart. Outlets not working. Wi-Fi horrible, kept having to log in

Need airprurefer for first floor for disability patients the pool was dirty it had just rain and even then the time sun came out my husband wanted to take a swim and there was wet towels in the area those were not even replenish to anyone seem like someone got upset because I ask to clean the room on the second day we got wet in the evening thus was the reason I asked for a touch up and reason the first dat I had a seizure so

I like the fact that it was in a good location, but that’s it really. The staff need to be more attentive to customers needs and smile when they are serving customers. It looks unprofessional when staff are eating at the back while customers are waiting at the desk to be checked in.

The breakfast selections were plentiful, with enough options to keep you satisfied. The rooms were clean, the AC unit in our room malfunctioned, but we were placed in another room over night. The unit was promptly repaired the next morning. However the overall hotel experience was good.

I loved the continental breakfast served each morning. My family and I loved the smell of a clean environment every time we entered the hotel. Beds were comfortable and the staff were well accommodating.
