CanadaWe just stayed 11 hours . We were on a road trip. The location was perfect. It was very clean ..We had a glimpse of the pool area. It looked wonderful!The breakfast was good. Staff were very good. I am not going to comment that the rooms were dated because the important thing is cleanliness and comfortable beds. My husband thought it was nice that there was a pub there.We has no time to get the full experience.

The beds were comfortable, bathroom and shower was good and...
The beds were comfortable, bathroom and shower was good and clean, so were the beds.
Breakfast was great, scrambled eggs and sausages, waffles, cereal and fruit.
The only problem I had was that the room was too warm all night. I had to ask for fans to cool us down. I turned the temp on the AC all the way down, but the problem was that I think that they put new Queen size beds into the room and now the one bed was all the way against the AC unit, basically suffocating the unit. It could not blow into the room. I think they must have had double beds before therefore alot more room between the bed and the AC.

Taxi cab service sucks and need another transportation either from another service and or hotel guest complimentary service... Which I surely would choose your hotel first because you offer rides..,, (,I am handicapped)

Tomah has certainly changed over the years.
Tomah has certainly changed over the years. They had no great places to stay before; but have several now. The town itself still struggles, but the outskirts have many new options. I love the Amish community.

Tomah is still more of a hub than a vaca spot.
Tomah is still more of a hub than a vaca spot. Has lost its small town appeal. But the Dells are close, Madison only an hour and a half away. Lacrosse (hours drive) has theaters, dining and the Mississippi River

Our rooms were not handicapped accessible for 3 of my family...
Our rooms were not handicapped accessible for 3 of my family members who stayed there 2 nights. We didn't get to move because No Manager on site. Not enough room for family to get together, No adjoining rooms for us. Breakfast was available good time for all of us.

I cancelled my registration. Was charged twice. The first charge I understand because I cancelled late. But the 2nd charge was not ok. And called to find about it the hotel rep said he couldn't help me. Gave me the managers phone she didn't return my call. Terrible business. They stole from me basically.

I didn’t go for the breakfast. But I enjoyed their pool area as did my grandson. There’s a small waiting pool for a small children that has a slide. 3 foot Deep area. And a good size main pool fit. The deepest is 4‘2“. It was most enjoyable.
